Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Eloise and Ross Fine Crafts. Because our rings are handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind, please read our return policy carefully before ordering.

Ready-Made Rings

Ready-made rings may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to damage during shipping or an error on our part.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom Rings

Custom rings, personalized rings, and special-order designs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there was an error with the order.

Ring Sizing

Please be sure of your ring size before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer. Due to the materials and construction methods used in many of our rings, resizing may not be possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Returned rings must be unworn and in sellable condition.
