Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Eloise and Ross Fine Crafts. Each order is packed with care so your handcrafted ring arrives safely.
Processing Time
Ready-made rings are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.
Custom ring orders may take longer depending on the design, materials, and current workload. Estimated completion and shipping time for custom orders will be discussed before the order is finalized.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Carrier
We currently ship using standard shipping services available through Shopify. The shipping carrier and delivery estimate will be shown at checkout when available.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help where we can. For damaged packages, please keep the packaging and contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Local Pickup or Market Purchases
If local pickup or in-person delivery is available, it will be arranged directly with the customer.
Items purchased at markets or in person are handled separately from online shipping orders.
International Shipping
At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
